TerreStar Announces Participation at Satellite 2009

Reston, VA - March 19, 2009 - TerreStar Networks Inc. (TerreStar), a majority owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation (NASDAQ: TSTR), today announced its participation at Satellite 2009, March 24-27 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. TerreStar will be participating on four conference panels as well as demonstrating the first-ever, dual-mode satellite terrestrial smartphone at its exhibition booth - Booth #276.
