TerreStar and Simply Wireless Sign Strategic Business Agreement

Agreement to Support Development of Product Offerings and Services - Marketing Initiatives in Washington, DC Market
Reston, VA, August 16, 2007 - TerreStar Networks Inc. (TerreStar), a majority owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation (NASDAQ GM: TSTR) and Simply Wireless Inc, a leading national provider of wireless technology for consumers and businesses, today announced the signing of a strategic product development and marketing agreement to jointly market, offer and distribute TerreStar's unique mobile communications network products and services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
TerreStar and Simply Wireless will collaborate to develop plans for marketing next generation mobile telecommunications services over TerreStar's mobile satellite and terrestrial network. The plan will include the joint development of consumer and business products and services operating on TerreStar' mobile communication network and may include a Metro Wireless Distribution Agreement for the Washington, DC market and future additional markets as the TerreStar integrated satellite and terrestrial network is rolled out.

TerreStar and Simply Wireless will contribute necessary and appropriate resources dedicated to this Metro Wireless Marketing Plan initiative from essential groups including Product/Marketing Strategy, Devise Design and Configuration, Network Design and Configuration and Sales and Marketing.
