RESTON, VA - February 22, 2010 - Mobile communications provider TerreStar Networks Inc. (TerreStar), a majority-owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation (NASDAQ: TSTR), today announced that the initial on-orbit testing of Ground Based Beam Forming (GBBF) is complete. The TerreStar GBBF system is the first two-way GBBF system to employ both ground based calibration and beam forming. The system provides the flexibility to deploy over 500 spot beams and manage power and capacity as customer demand dictates.

Epstein has added Chief Executive Officer duties to his position at TerreStar Corporation and its subsidiaries, and will assume the title of President & CEO, effectively immediately. Mr. Epstein has served as President of TerreStar since April 2008.

License Enhances TerreStar's Next Generation Mobile Wireless Network in US

Reston, VA, January 14, 2010 - On January 13, 2010, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) granted TerreStar Networks Inc. (TerreStar), a majority-owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation (NASDAQ: TSTR), authority to integrate terrestrial use of TerreStar's 20 MHz S Band spectrum into its next generation mobile wireless network. TerreStar plans to use this authority to enhance coverage, capacity and throughput in its integrated mobile satellite and terrestrial communications network that will provide ubiquitous North American access to voice and data services through conventional wireless devices.
